HALO, Inc. is proud to announce a formal partnership with Loving Louise Charity, a collaboration designed to strengthen the support systems available to individuals and families in the Racine area.
For years, HALO has provided a path from homelessness to self-sufficiency. By teaming up with Loving Louise Charity, we are adding a vital layer of "soul" and connection to our supportive services. This partnership is built on the shared values of service, leadership, and a deep love for our neighbors.

Through this joint effort, we are streamlining our outreach and combining our expertise in four key areas:
