Highlights from Marco’s Motors & Music Fundraiser for HALO
What happens when great pizza, live music, classic cars, and a passion for helping others come together? An unforgettable day for the Racine community!
We are still glowing from the success of Marco's Motors & Music Car Show Fundraiser, hosted by Marco’s Pizza at 2065 Lathrop Ave in support of HALO, Inc. (Homeless Assistance Leadership Organization). Thanks to the incredible turnout, generous partners, and vibrant energy, the event helped raise crucial funds to support our mission of providing shelter, safety, and pathways to self-sufficiency for those experiencing homelessness in our area.
A Heartfelt Community Effort
Events like this don't happen without dedicated individuals championing the cause. We want to extend a huge shout-out to Carlos Rotger from Marco’s Pizza, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to set up and host this fantastic fundraiser.
We are also deeply grateful to the Game Changer Guys for taking time out of their busy schedules to lend their hands and hearts to the event. Your dedication to lifting up our community sets a powerful example!
Music, Motors, and Good Memories
From noon to 4:00 PM, attendees enjoyed an action-packed afternoon filled with classic rides, delicious Marco's Pizza, a 50/50 raffle, and games for the whole family.
A major highlight of the afternoon was the live music provided by Cheryl McCrary (All American Mrs. Wisconsin Lady), whose performance brought incredible life and sunshine to the event. Among those enjoying the great tunes and beautiful weather were HALO Board Member Robin Hoke, our team, and local supporters who stopped by to show their love.
